*Forgiveness* The Hardest Thing To Do!

Last thing that Jesus said on the cross – Jesus said, “Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing.”

And the first thing he said to His disciples after his resurrection, “If you forgive anyone’s sins, their sins are forgiven; if you do not forgive them, they are not forgiven”

Forgiveness must be very important if that was the LAST THING He talked about on cross and the first thing he talked about after RESURRECTION.

John 20: 21-23 (Amplified Bible)
21. Then Jesus said to them again, Peace to you! [Just] as the Father has sent Me forth, so I am sending you.
22. And having said this, He breathed on them and said to them, Receive the Holy Spirit!
23. [Now having received the Holy Spirit, and being led and directed by Him] if you forgive the sins of anyone, they are forgiven; if you retain the sins of anyone, they are retained.

Make your Mind up!
I am not going to live bitter and resentful.
I am not going to carry around a bunch of rotten stuff on the inside of me and have a stinky attitude and a stinky life,
I am gonna let go what lies behind every single day of my life and I am gonna press on to the good life that God has in store for me.

Say out LOUD!

I refuse to be miserable one more day!
~ Joyce Meyer

God is our vindicator. Do not take revenge, but leave room for God’s wrath and He will settle your case, for it is written: “It is mine to avenge; I will repay,” says the Lord ~ Romans 12:17-19
