Come Out Of The Grave & Into Saved

And when he thus had spoken, he cried with a loud voice, Lazarus, come forth. And he that was dead came forth, bound hand and foot with graveclothes: and his face was bound about with a napkin. Jesus saith unto them, Loose him, and let him go. (John 11:43-44)

The name “Lazarus” means “One whom God helps” or “God is my help.” Jesus definitely helped him that day! Jesus is the one who saves. The one who saves (Jesus) called the one needing help (Lazarus) to come out of the grave.

Do you feel like you have been in a grave or hidden away, bound up or at a standstill? Jesus wants to save you also. He doesn’t just want to “save” you from going to hell someday. He wants to “save” you from the type of death that keeps us from truly living “LIFE.”

O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory? (1 Corinthians 15:55)

Jesus overcame death by His resurrection. Will you allow death to be overcome in your life as well? Jesus will overcome death in your life also if you join forces with Him. Even our death is swallowed up and included in His victory. Make your confession, “God is my help and my salvation.” Come out of the grave and into “saved” that He has for you.
